


Hi, I’m Julian Soto — sailor, coach, athlete, and founder of MindBodyBoat and Charcuterie Yacht Club.
I help sailors build the strength, skill, and confidence to excel on the water and thrive off of it.
As a lifelong athlete and currently training for the Olympics 2028, I know firsthand what it takes to push performance boundaries—physically, mentally, and strategically. My mission is to bring that same high-performance mindset to every sailor I work with, from weekend warriors to regatta veterans.
I believe sailing should be more accessible, more inclusive, and more fun. My work combines coaching, community, and creativity to make that happen. Whether we’re training for a national regatta or hosting a post-sail charcuterie night, it’s all about building a life where adventure and wellbeing go hand in hand.
